Recently, there have been a couple of suicides related to anxiety and mental health issues that have deeply affected me. There have been times in my life when I have really struggled with anxiety. I still do sometimes. However, I have learned a lot of tools that really work. Right here, on this page, I will share with you all the powerful tools that I use. Let’s SHARE ideas and tactics with each other. This will ENABLE each of us to try new things and to pick and choose what works best for our own needs.
By building a TOOLKIT you will have STRATEGIES when you NEED them to REFRAME how you respond to and deal with your own mental health and anxiety.
I will start by sharing with you one of my most favourite books. For me, this book is a LIFELONG REFERENCE that I will keep going back to WHENEVER I NEED IT!!!
It is packed full of exercises, which really made a difference for me.
