  • Rice Cake
  • Natural Peanut Butter
  • Your favourite jam or jelly

This snack packs punch!!! It is perfect for a pre workout boost if it has been a while since your last meal.  And, it’s quick and easy.

I choose a natural peanut butter, containing only peanuts and sea salt.  I avoid the peanut butters that have additional oils and unnecessary ingredients.

I used home made crab apply jelly in this picture.  When I put something in my body, I love knowing what is in it.

 

Creamy Guacamole

Creamy Guacamole and Quinoa Crackers

  • 1 avocado
  • Mary’s Crackers (your choice of flavor)

Super fast, super easy, and totally delicious!!!

Simply blend a ripe avocado in a food processor until smooth, grab a handful of crackers, & eat!!

Mary’s Crackers are gluten free, and packed full of great stuff like quinoa, pumpkin seeds, flax, and seaweed.  Several flavours to choose from.  They taste great and have a nice texture.

Mary’s Crackers are usually found in the gluten free section, and I usually find them in Safeway and Super Store.
