The main components to the PHYSICAL workouts of your PLAN are:

  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Stretch


Basic types of cardio: Fat Burning, Endurance, Performance.

Based on your maximum Heart Rate, you can work out within specific zones.

Fat Burning: About 60-70% of maximum Heart Rate.

Endurance: About 70-80& of maximum Heart Rate.

Performance: Working at 80% or even 90% of your maximum Heart Rate.
